Born in Córdoba in 1966. He holds a Ph.D. in Pedagogy from the University of Córdoba, a Bachelor of Arts in both Philosophy and Literature as well as in Hispanic Philology, a Master’s Degree in Neuropsychology and Education, a Master’s Degree in Educational and Family Counseling, a Master’s Degree in School Management, and a Degree in Anthropology and Affectivity. He is a counselor and teacher in secondary education and in the Early Childhood and Primary Education programs at the University of Córdoba. He is also a professor in the Master’s program of Neuropedagogy, Creativity, and Management of Capacity and Talent at the University of Córdoba, and in the Master’s program of School Management at the Villanueva University in Madrid. He is a Trainer at the Sport Values Academy of the Real Madrid Foundation.
He has been a teacher in four autonomous communities. Additionally, he is the director of e=happyCENTER and its initiatives: ConductaEDUCATIVA, the MOTIVACIÓN & método advisory team, EducaresQuerer–LifeisEducation, the Family & Happiness Opportunities Analysis Committee (FHO), the Humanity & Technology Observatory (H&T), and also the Sport & More & Better advisory team, which is dedicated to educating through sports and improving the balance and personal performance of athletes and professional teams. He is the President of the Union of Teachers GTW (Good Teachers for the World).
Fernando Alberca has a Doctorate in Pedagogy, Social Sciences, and Juridical Sciences. He is a professor of the Primary Education and Early Childhood Education programs at the Sagrado Corazón Teaching Center of the University of Córdoba (Spain), as well as in the Master’s program of Neuropedagogy, Creativity, and Management of Capacity and Talent at the University of Córdoba, and the Master’s program of School Management at the Villanueva University in Madrid. He is a trainer at the Real Madrid Foundation’s Sport Values Academy.
